RETURNS

Returns are only accepted for a defective product covered under our limited warranty and are subject to approval byMyron Mixon Smokers. The Customer must contact the company and receive authorization to return from Myron Mixon Smokers prior to initiating a return. Authorized returns must be made within the limited warranty period. If the product is returned without authorization from Myron Mixon Smokers, the return will not be accepted. If the item is not returned in a condition that is deemed acceptable by the company, it will not be accepted and could be subject to a return handling fee
